Individual Speech Treatment

50-minute sessions where our speech-language pathologists use evidence-based practice to focus on individual goals. Sessions can be scheduled at The Speech & Language Center or place of your choosing as permitted.

Consultation

Considering speech therapy but not sure where to start? We’ve likely encountered a situation similar to yours and can offer helpful advice! Consultations are 15 minutes via phone or video call and are always free.

Group Speech Treatment

Participating in group speech treatment allows for the development of social relationships with the opportunity to practice a target set of skills with peers. Duration is tailored to each specific group, though typically 45-minutes, 1-2x’s/week for 4-6 weeks.

Screening

Screenings are common practice to determine if a full evaluation is needed. They typically only take 20-30 minutes. During a screening, the speech-language pathologist will address the area of concern using checklists.

Evaluation

We use both standardized assessments and caregiver input to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. Evaluations take 1-1.5 hours. A full written report is provided within 3 business days.

Caregiver Education

Each individual treatment plan consists of goals to educate and train our families and caregivers related to the specific diagnosis and the strategies that will promote optimal speech and language skills.
