We will be hosting a FREE event to get together with some of our prospective group members and their families. The purpose of this event is to get children together to meet each other, investigate the space, and meet the clinicians and professionals. During this time, we will observe the children’s abilities and personalities and determine who will work well together in small groups. Following this event, we will touch base with families and let them know which group will be the best fit. Regardless of the outcome, the event will be laid back and fun for all!

In this 5-session group series, children with developmental ages 4-5 played together, learned together, and practiced valuable skills with the help of one of our professionals. This group was ideal for children who would benefit from flexible thinking, self-awareness, and perspective-taking skills practice.

Past Event: The Speech & Language Center offered a summer teen executive functioning skills group. One of our experienced and licensed speech-language pathologists lead a small group of teens who were struggling with organizing, flexible thinking, and planning. Teens worked through meaningful, relatable exercises and planned and executed a trip to Round One to celebrate their improved skills.

Our team of speech-language pathologists assisted families with concerns, offered valuable insights, and provided a glimpse into the world of speech and language development.
